Today, I started school again! 🙈 Ahhh! So I am up really early. 😂 And it’s in person so… It’s currently 7am and I got up at like 5:45am. School days are so early, and I’m really tired. 😆 So I’m going to be giving you some tips on how to wake up and feel refreshed in the morning. Without further ado, let’s get into it! 💫

Don’t press snooze and sleep in! – This is the most important tip! If you do this once, you won’t stop and you’ll never roll out of that cosy, warm blanket. 😌
Do morning Stretches- Make sure to stretch in the morning to wake up your body and your mind.
Let some light in or turn on lights– Right now, in the UK it’s winter which means it’s dark from 3:45PMish until 8:00 – 8:30amish. So as soon as I wake up I turn on my LEDs and make brightness wake me up. Which is annoying sometimes. 🙄
Make up a routine for every day– Follow a routine and continue doing it. Make it a habit (habits on average take around 90 days to grow and establish.)
Wake up and smile– Help yourself to be happy by smiling and feeling proud of the day. 💜
Get 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night– For me personally, when I have lots of quality sleep, I feel so much better in the morning.
Drink a glass of water in the morning when you wake up– Drink some H20 when you wake up because I think sleep makes you dehydrated (I think) 😅.
